About The Role

Join Lighthouse Senior Living as a Dietary Aid/Server and contribute to creating a welcoming dining experience for our residents. This casual position in our department requires excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure the highest quality care for seniors. If you are passionate about serving others and have at least 1 year of experience, we would love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do

• Assist with meal preparation, food service, and presentation in compliance with dietary requirements.
• Ensure the dining areas are clean, well-organized, and properly set for meal services.
• Serve meals to residents with exceptional attention to their needs and preferences.
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to support seamless service operations.
• Address resident dietary concerns professionally and relay feedback to management when necessary.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Empathy and commitment to serving senior residents with a positive attitude.
