LighthouseAI is seeking a motivated and technically fluent Training Support professional to join our Learning & Development team. In this full-time, remote role, you will work closely with Training Specialists to ensure smooth delivery of training programs and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, picks up new tools quickly, and is passionate about continuous improvement.
This is a full-time remote position.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm ET
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative & Scheduling Support
- Manage and maintain the Training team's Outlook calendar using Microsoft Bookings, including scheduling sessions, sending invitations, and handling updates or cancellations.
- Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders with questions related to LighthouseAI's software and platforms.
Content Development & Curriculum Support
- Collaborate with Training Specialists to build, update, and maintain training curriculum and course materials.
- Synthesia — Produce professional training videos; script, build, and publish AI-generated video content aligned with instructional goals.
- Clipchamp — Create and edit screen recordings and short-form tutorial content; record, trim, caption, and finalize recordings for internal distribution.
- Thinkific — Build, update, and manage course content, learner enrollments, and reporting; maintain the LMS course library, ensure learner data accuracy, and support enrollment workflows.
- Zendesk — Maintain and update help desk knowledge base articles; monitor for platform changes and proactively update articles as new features are released.
Employee Training & Help Desk
- Answer internal help desk questions from employees regarding platform and tools.
- Assist with or lead new hire software orientation/training sessions as the team's needs evolve.
Technical Writing & Training Documentation
- Draft, format, and maintain training documentation including quick reference guides, job aids, and step-by-step user instructions.
- Collaborate with Training Specialists and subject matter experts to translate complex processes into clear, accessible written materials for a diverse learner audience.
- Ensure documentation is kept current as software, policies, or workflows evolve; version-control and archive materials appropriately.
- Apply consistent voice, formatting standards, and plain-language principles across all written training assets.
Educational & Work Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required
- Experience level can vary — we value demonstrated skills, growth mindset, and potential as much as years of experience
- Candidates with a background in a regulated industry (outside of pharma) will be given strong consideration
- Experience in instructional design or learning & development content creation
- Familiarity with adult learning principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, microlearning)
- Background in regulatory compliance (e.g., pharma, healthcare, life sciences) or equivalent highly regulated industry experience
- Prior experience supporting a training, HR, or L&D team in an administrative or coordinator capacity
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced English proficiency required (equivalent to CEFR C1/C2) both verbal and written, with the ability to craft professional emails and produce clear, well-structured documentation.
- Candidates must have in-depth, working knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft 365 Suite Required with In-Depth Proficiency: Outlook, Bookings, Teams, O365
- Training & LMS Platforms (Synthesia, Clipchamp, Thinkific)
- Experience with Zendesk
- General Technical Acumen:
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms quickly and independently
- Comfort troubleshooting common software and platform issues for non-technical users
- Ability to document processes and create clear how-to content
Compensation: 8,000,000–10,000,000 COP/month
