About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our Data & Insights Internal Tooling & Back Office. This role focuses on optimizing data ingestion for AI pipelines, structuring expert-driven insights, and enhancing data accessibility for end users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-heavy applications, complex user interaction and data pipelines and experience working with engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.

What you'll do

Define the Product Vision & Roadmap

• Establish a clear vision for the data ingestion and insights platform.
• Develop and maintain a technical product roadmap, outlining key initiatives.

Optimize Data & Insights Management

• Oversee the development of internal tools for managing and refining expert-generated insights.
• Work with data scientists and engineers to ensure efficient integration and processing of structured and unstructured data.
• Develop strategies to surface actionable insights and enhance decision-making.

Improve Back-Office Workflows

• Optimize the back-office workflow for content tagging, review, and publishing.
• Ensure seamless integration of insights across different areas of the platform.
• Enhance visualization and dashboarding capabilities.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

• Work closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams to drive technical development.
• Ensure alignment with business and user needs.

Analyze & Optimize Performance

• Track and measure the effectiveness of data processing and insights delivery.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions based on feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical product management, focusing on data-heavy applications.
• Strong understanding of data structures, analytics, and visualization techniques.
• Experience working with engineering teams on backend systems and technical roadmaps.
• Ability to translate complex technical processes into user-friendly solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
