About the role

We are seeking a Market Research Analyst who will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our comprehensive market intelligence database. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on companies operating within the digital identity, cybersecurity, and fintech landscape. This involves identifying key players, analyzing their product offerings, and meticulously documenting relevant information within our proprietary platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our global team, contributing directly to the development of valuable insights that inform our strategic advisory services. The content you contribute will be instrumental in supporting our clients' understanding of the evolving digital identity ecosystem.

What you'll do

Research and Data Collection

  • Conduct comprehensive research on digital identity, cybersecurity, and fintech companies through market analysis, internet research, and publicly available resources.
  • Identify and analyze relevant products, product features, company profiles, and market trends within the designated sectors.
  • Research and document information related to countries, industries, regulations, and other factors impacting the digital identity landscape.

Data Entry and Management

  • Accurately input product, product feature, and company data into our market intelligence platform, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Verify information and maintain the accuracy of the data within the platform, conducting regular updates as needed.
  • Create and maintain process documentation for research and data entry procedures, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.

Collaboration and Support

  • Support colleagues in their market research activities, providing assistance and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members in Manila, the United States and Europe to fulfill ad-hoc market research requests, contributing to the delivery of client projects.

Continuous Learning and Development

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments within the digital identity, cybersecurity, and fintech domains.
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance research skills and deepen understanding of the market landscape.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Journalism or other relevant fields
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfort with technology taxonomy and concepts
  • Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Quick learner with an ability work well under pressure
  • Interest and/or experience in Digital Identity or Fintech a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced atmosphere

The pay range for this role is:

650,000 - 720,000 PHP per year (Manila)
