About the role
We are seeking a Content Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our content. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing English language transcripts and ensuring that all content is accurately tagged with relevant themes, topics, and entity names. The content you’ll work with will span a variety of topics, particularly focusing on recorded conversations related to technical product solutions in digital identity and cybersecurity. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a team based in Manila and other global teams, providing critical support for tool and process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall accuracy of the program.
What you'll do
Content Review and Quality Assurance
- Review English language transcripts in detail, ensuring the content is coherent, accurate, and aligned with the company’s standards and guidelines.
- Identify and correct errors in transcription, ensuring that all text accurately reflects the recorded material.
- Evaluate the context and relevance of the content, especially as it pertains to technical solutions cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and financial crimes compliance.
Tagging and Content Categorization
- Review and refine content tags, including entity names, topics, and themes, to ensure they are precise, relevant, and in line with established criteria.
- Implement a structured tagging process that allows for easy retrieval and categorization of content across different platforms and systems.
- Stay updated on industry-specific terminologies and trends, ensuring that the tagging process remains relevant and accurate.
Collaboration with Global Teams
- Work closely with a team of content analysts based in Manila, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent quality across the board.
- Engage with other global teams to gather insights, share feedback, and implement standardized processes that improve content accuracy and tagging efficiency.
- Provide support and guidance to team members in Manila and other regions, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
Process and Tool Improvement
- Support the ongoing improvement of tools and processes used in content review and tagging, identifying areas where efficiency and accuracy can be enhanced.
- Participate in testing and feedback sessions for new tools or updates to existing systems, providing valuable input based on your experience.
- Work closely with the technology and operations teams to ensure that content management tools are optimized for ease of use and effectiveness.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of content review processes, tagging decisions, and any issues encountered during the review process.
- Generate reports on content accuracy, tagging efficiency, and other key metrics to help monitor the program’s performance.
- Contribute to the development and updating of training materials, process documentation, and other resources that support the content review and tagging process.
Continuous Learning and Development
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities to stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in content management, digital identity, and cybersecurity.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance your knowledge and skills, and apply these insights to improve content review and tagging processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Linguistics, Information Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or content operations)
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for identifying trends, inconsistencies, and potential content risks
- Proficient in English, with excellent command of grammar, tone, and contextual understanding
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for clearly articulating decisions and collaborating with teams
- Comfortable working with content taxonomies, classification systems, and digital content frameworks
- Proactive and organized, capable of managing deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision
- Quick to learn new tools, guidelines, and evolving policies, even under time-sensitive or high-volume conditions
- Interest or experience in digital identity, online safety, content regulation, or fintech platforms is a plus
- Adaptable and entrepreneurial, with a growth mindset and readiness to contribute in a fast-paced, evolving environment
