Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a 100% remote Account Manager (Marketing Client Manager) with extensive experience in digital marketing. We recently acquired Infinite Laundry, the leading digital marketing and advertising agency in the linen space, hence the need for extensive digital marketing client experience. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing every aspect of their accounts, delivering outstanding service, and driving growth opportunities. Your deep knowledge of digital marketing will enable you to provide strategic recommendations, Identify and convert upsell opportunities, and work closely with our sales and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Ownership: Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, taking ownership of their accounts and ensuring their needs are met.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions.
Account Strategy: Develop and implement effective account strategies, including setting goals, monitoring progress, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Recommendations and Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or projects to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on client expectations and coordinate account handoffs seamlessly.
Project Management Support: Work in tandem with our Project Management team to ensure the successful execution and delivery of services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights and making recommendations for optimization.
Client Advocacy: Advocate for the client within the agency, ensuring their needs and goals are prioritized.
Required Experience & Skills:
5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Previous experience in account management or a similar client-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Experience in Google Analytics is strongly preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Project Management.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and willing to adapt to changing client needs and priorities. Project timelines will range from weeks to "ASAP."
