Role:
As a Client Success Manager for marketing services, you will be responsible for creating deep relationships with our customers and partners, ensuring their ongoing use of our services, educating them on new offerings, and seeking opportunities to expand our relationships via upsell and cross-sell. This role requires a tenacious individual who is intrinsically motivated, self-driven, and passionate about client success. Overall, the goals of an CSM are:
- Build relationships with all assigned customers, monitor their satisfaction with our services, and serve as a key point of contact for them
- Expand relationships with current customers by up and cross-selling additional company products under the LinenMaster umbrella
Primary Responsibilities:
· Develop a deep understanding of client's businesses, goals, and challenges
· Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth
· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop proposals/solutions that meet the client's needs and generate new revenue for the Company
· Negotiate pricing, renewals, and contracts
· Ensure timely delivery of products and services
· Monitor client satisfaction and address promptly any issues or concerns that arise
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
· Own knowledge of all products and services offered by the company
· Assist with satisfaction survey creation
· Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to create a process to connect with clients supporting engagement and high satisfaction rates
· Provide ideas for creative sales and marketing tactics
· Follow company processes and use company systems to track communications, projects, client status, and more.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
· 5+ years overall combined experience in marketing and account management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Laundry industry and/or cloud-based software sales experience preferred
· Proficiency in standard business and sales software, including Office products and Salesforce
· Be an exceptional team player with all staff
· Intrinsic motivation to maintain a steady flow of sales leads for the company
· Adherence to company Information Security Policies
· Available to travel to (company-related events, industry-related travel including conferences, trade shows, etc.)
