ABOUT THE POSITION
We’re looking for a digital native content marketer who’s passionate about creating valuable, engaging content that drives growth, builds trust, and connects with our audience. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller across media including copy, video, and audio, and loves experimenting with new ideas (including AI tools). Additionally, you understand how smart SEO and AI search strategy fit into a bigger content, brand building, and growth plan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES:
● SEO Integration: Apply keyword strategies and basic SEO best practices to improve visibility in search and AI-generated results. Use AI tools to brainstorm ideas, test variations, and improve content where applicable
● Content Strategy: Manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and audience-focused content
● Performance Tracking: Monitor how content performs across platforms, analyze results, and suggest improvements
● Audience Engagement & Social Media: Create posts and actively engage with audiences on LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and other platforms. Respond to comments and messages and build meaningful connections that expand brand reach and drive engagement
● Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams to align content with broader brand and business goals
● Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects our voice, values, and messaging across every channel
