About the role


As the Product Analyst, you will support our Product team to make the process of creating our product smoother and easier for our Product team. You will be responsible for garnering product data and insights to help our team make high-quality data driven decisions, triaging larger-scale issues and field questions to protect our team’s focus on planned work, supporting the team by conducting research and gathering requirements, and executing on special projects as defined by Product leadership. 

 

To be successful in this role you must be an excellent communicator with time and project management skills, organizer of complex details with the ability to collaborate with other internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes on assigned projects and deliverables. You also must be passionate about contributing to the kind of team that promotes our culture and is aligned with our strategic goals and initiatives. We execute as a team and expect strong collaboration to ensure consistent communication within the Product team and across all major functions of the company. 


What you'll do

  • Gain an understanding of our platform, the problem it solves, and our end-user personas 
  • Gain an understanding of our roadmap from our Product Managers and support them in executing on that plan 
  • Conduct internally focused research and data gathering to support product roadmap decision making  
  • Help to shaping features by gathering requirements and writing user stories and acceptance criteria 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to triage incoming technology and product functionality related questions from internal stakeholders  
  • Triage incoming issues that potentially require a quick or larger-scale response from the Product team 
  • Participate fully on a scrum team, attending ceremonies like standups and retrospectives and working with Product and Engineering teams to drive features to completion 
  • Support the Product team in the coordination, management, and execution of defined special projects 


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the MSP (Managed Service Provider), IT or Cybersecurity industry or channel 
  • 2+ years direct, hands-on experience with technology relevant to the MSP industry such as network equipment, cloud services, security solutions, etc. targeted at MSPs 
  • Demonstrated skills working with an Agile software development team 
  • Proven track record of driving high-quality, innovative products 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills 

Education

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree, or at least 4 years of directly relevant experience
