About the role
Sr. Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing performance data to provide actionable insights that inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has prior experience reporting on digital marketing KPIs, strong analytical skills, and a passion for turning numbers into actionable recommendations.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM EST) 40 hrs / week
What you'll do
- Collect, analyze and interpret data from multiple marketing channels/sources (digital campaigns, CRM, website analytics, PPC, etc.)
- Track and report on KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, etc.
- Development of performance and forecast models and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership team.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, opportunities, and threats
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, business intelligence, operations, etc.) to align marketing insights with business goals.
- Use statistical techniques and data visualization to present data clearly and effectively.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance.
- Responsible for recommending performance insights to improve targeting, messaging, and paid channel effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaigns across channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, display, email, website)
- Track key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, CPA, and ROI
- Partner with digital marketers to evaluate A/B tests, targeting strategies, and budget allocation
- Implement and maintain digital tracking (pixels, tags, UTMs) with tools such as Google Tag Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business or marketing analysis, media analysis or similar role.
- Proven background in media attribution, conversion tracking, digital performance modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency with web and campaign analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or CRM system to measure campaign success and marketing effectiveness
- Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 50,000 COP per hour (Remote (Colombia))
12.50 - 12.50 USD per hour (Remote (Peru))
