About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for the firm, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers of employment. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner will ensure the appropriate tools are utilized to attract qualified candidates and meet our hiring goals. This role may be required have strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish.


Your Key Contributions

1.       Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate, weekly interview volume, and other metrics as defined by leadership to support hiring goals.

 

2.      Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level to mid-level roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams.

 

3.      Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers to align role requirements and provide consultative guidance on recruitment best practices.

 

4.      Craft compelling and accurate job postings that reflect the firm’s brand, values, and culture, and attract high-quality candidates.

 

5.      Proactively source talent through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build strong candidate pipelines.

 

6.     Conduct candidate screenings via phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.

 

7.      Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and timely scheduling process.

 

8.      Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.

 

9.      Support hiring managers in candidate evaluation, promoting objective decision-making that aligns with company values and hiring standards.


What Makes You a Great Fit

1.       High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

 

2.      1–3 years of hands-on experience in a massive recruiting envioroment.

 

3.      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools.

 

4.      Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

 

5.      Good time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.

 

6.     Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both languages.


7.Experience in a metrics-based environment preferred 


Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm EST.
  • Remote (Freelance)
