About the role


The IT Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Lisinski Law's IT infrastructure. This position will take the lead in communicating with all departments to scope out and document needs related to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and workflows. The IT Operations Manager will assist in the implementation and day-to-day work of creating these SOPs and implementing the strategy defined by leadership.


What you'll do

  • Lead hands-on collaboration with all departments—especially the internal Help Desk and HR—to gather and document requirements for IT-related workflows, processes, and approval structure
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational guides, policies, and SOPs that support efficient execution of day-to-day IT tasks, including software provisioning, licensing, hardware lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, and access control.
  • Translate departmental IT needs into clear, actionable documentation and process flows that align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  •  Assist in executing IT strategies defined by leadership, ensuring tactical alignment with broader infrastructure and operational objectives.
  •  Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings to validate and refine SOPs and workflow designs.
  •   Monitor and continuously improve IT operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure consistency across departments.
  • Provide support and guidance to IT staff and end-users in adopting new workflows and tools.
  •  Train team members on newly developed SOPs and ensure documentation is accessible and up to date.
  •  Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support implementation of tools and services that align with documented processes.
  • Ensure all IT operations adhere to internal policies and external compliance requirements.


Qualifications


·        Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

 

·        Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

 

·        Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, M365, Azure and SaaS.

 

·        Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and IT policies.

 

·        Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

 

·        Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

 

·        Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.

 

·        Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

 

·        Knowledge, Skill, Ability Experience #2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

·        Excellent organizational and time management abilities

 

·        Proficiency in IT management software and tools

 

·        Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
