Most social media jobs are about selling products. This one is about saving families.

At The Lisinski Law Firm, we don’t just "post content." We fight for immigration solutions in the toughest cases because we believe families belong together. We are looking for a Social Media Communications Specialist who can handle the speed of TikTok, the sensitivity of our mission, and the pressure of a LIVE audience.

The Reality of the Role

• The Voice of the Firm: You are the first person our clients meet. You’ll monitor and respond to messages across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Real-Time Moderation: You’ll be the "gatekeeper" during our LIVE streams, screening comments and keeping the energy focused on the mission.
• Community Defender: You’ll identify and escalate reputation threats instantly to ensure our firm remains a safe space for those who need us.
• Data-Driven Growth: You aren’t just replying to DMs; you’re using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics to tell us what’s working and what’s not.
• Direct Impact: You’ll gather customer insights to help us improve our legal services based on what the community actually needs.

Who You Are (The Non-Negotiables)

• Bilingual Mastery: You must be fluent in Spanish and English (B2-C1). You can communicate complex, emotional legal concepts with clarity and compassion in both languages.
• Social Native: You have 1+ years of experience managing social media for brands. You know the KPIs (reach, impressions, CTR) and how to hit them.
• Mission-Driven: You don’t want just another job; you want a role where your work results in "dignity and peace of mind" for families.
• Tech-Savvy & Remote-Ready: You are proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working in an international/virtual environment.

The Logistics

• Location: Virtual.
• Reporting: You’ll report to the Social Media Communications Team Lead.
• Pay: $6.00/hr.
• Growth: This role has no direct reports initially, but you’ll be a key part of our expanding Marketing team and oportunities for growth do come up often.
• Schedule: Mon-Weds 2Pm-11pm EST, Sat & Sun: 2pm-11pmEST
