About the Role

You’ll serve as the first human connection for prospective clients, handling high call volumes and navigating to assess potential all while ensuring clients feel supported and informed. Most interactions happen in Spanish, but bilingual fluency is essential for internal workflows and certain client conversations

The real essence of the role lies in performance, consistency, and motivation. It requires someone who can stay engaged in a repetitive, fast paced environment, manage time exceptionally well, follow structured processes, and convert qualified leads into scheduled, paid consultations.

This role is about guiding clients through structured conversations that qualify them, move them forward, and contribute directly to revenue, while delivering a consistent, empathetic client experience in a high performance environment.


Your Key Contributions

  • Receive calls from potential leads and schedule consultations with Intake Specialists.
  • Facilitate outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote services and
  • special offers.
  • Utilize skills to overcome customer objections by sharing the benefits provided by the firm.
  • Review voice messages on a daily basis to ensure that potential or current customers are handled appropriately.
  • Receive payments for consultation through the case management system.
  • Send consultation reminders to clients through the case management system or email.
  • Contact existing leads that haven’t completed their consultation and identify opportunities to schedule their consultation with the firm.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and update records in the case management system to ensure continuity of service.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bilingual (Spanish English) – B1-B2
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1- 2 years of previous experience in a sales and customer service field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • World class customer service skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselves
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
