About the role

Responsible for the execution of local marketing initiatives across several offices through the management of Marketing Coordinators at various office locations throughout the country. Responsible for ensuring consistent, brand-aligned implementation of grassroots outreach, content capture, in-office marketing efforts, and community engagement.


What you'll do


  • Lead and manage local marketing coordinators, providing day-to-day guidance, oversight, and performance management to ensure consistent execution of community outreach and in-office marketing initiatives. 

 

  • Drive community marketing strategy, overseeing local grassroots efforts, nonprofit partnerships, and community event participation to attract new clients and expand the firm’s visibility. 

 

  • Ensure professional brand representation across all local activations, events, and public-facing opportunities, training staff on tone, appearance, and brand expectations. 

 

  • Supervise content collection and creation from reporting team members, including client stories (with consent), internal culture highlights, and event coverage for use across marketing channels. 

 

  • Coordinate office-based content production ensuring timely planning and execution of content capture by reporting coordinators, that align with campaign needs and team schedules. 

 

  • Oversee in-office sales enablement efforts throughout the community, ensuring marketing materials and messaging support local office intake goals through fresh, conversion-focused content. 

 

  • Manage local marketing playbook implementation, customizing strategies by office and ensuring ongoing improvements to increase office visits and engagement. 

 

  • Track and manage inventory of marketing materials (flyers, referral cards, signage, etc.), overseeing ordering, approvals, and distribution to ensure consistent supply and quality. 

 

  • Ensure smooth cross-team collaboration, supporting intake, client services, and firmwide marketing with administrative coordination, content approvals, and internal communication.


  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing visibility into local marketing impact and ensuring team accountability for deadlines, KPIs, and deliverables.


Qualifications


  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)  

 

  • 3–5 years of experience in a B2C marketing role, or local field marketing. 

 

  • Proven experience with community outreach event management. 

 

  • Prior experience managing teams. 

 

  • Ability to lead and inspire a team while also rolling up your sleeves and writing when needed 

 

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and workflow tools is a plus 

 

  • Proven ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and compelling brand message and understand the needs and challenges of different departments to tailor copy strategies accordingly  

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


The pay range for this role is:

110,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Washington DC)
