About the Role

The Performance Marketing Specialist drives measurable growth by executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across key digital platforms. This role leverages performance data to maximize lead generation and conversion through strategic paid advertising on channels such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and beyond.


Your Key Contributions

  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across various digital advertising platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive leads, conversions, and brand growth.
  • Drive the development of high-performing ad concepts in partnership with leadership, using performance data to inform feedback and improvements.
  • Lead campaign pacing, budget management, and daily performance oversight to meet established goals.
  • Measure and communicate performance across key performance indicators including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and total conversions
  • Evaluate audience behavior, search trends, and platform insights to continuously refine targeting and performance.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights, testing strategy, and performance trends.
  • Deliver actionable insights to marketing and creative teams to enhance campaign and content performance.
  • Perform competitor and market analysis to uncover optimization and growth opportunities.
  • Explore and test emerging channels, formats, and campaign opportunities to scale lead generation.
  • Stay current on various social media platforms including Google Ads, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and broader demand generation best practices and platform updates.
  • Identify and escalate customer or platform concerns to internal teams to ensure timely resolution.


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business or marketing analysis, media analysis or similar role.
  • Proven background in media attribution, conversion tracking, digital performance modeling and forecasting techniques.  
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).  
  • Proficiency with web and campaign analytics tools (CTM, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or CRM system to measure campaign success and marketing effectiveness  
  • Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
