About the role
The Creative Manager (Post-Production) oversees the creative and operational execution of all post-production assets across social, paid, and internal channels. This role is responsible for balancing project management, team leadership, and creative oversight—ensuring deliverables are high-quality, on-brand, and delivered efficiently. Managing the Creative Lead (Social) and Creative Lead (Paid), this role partners closely with the Marketing Project Management team to assign resources, manage workflows in Asana, and guide creative output from concept through completion.
What you'll do
- Oversee the end-to-end post-production process for social, paid, and internal creative assets, ensuring all deliverables meet brand, quality, and performance standards.
- Manage and mentor the Creative Lead (Social) and Creative Lead (Paid), providing direction, feedback, and support to drive creative excellence and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Project Management team to assign projects, allocate resources, and maintain balanced team workloads through Asana or equivalent tools.
- Serve as a key liaison between creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and campaign objectives.
- Review and approve creative assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (copy, design, strategy, and production) to coordinate timelines and maintain creative flow across departments.
- Ensure all post-production assets—including video, motion graphics, and digital design—adhere to technical specifications and best practices for each platform.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively address roadblocks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Support creative team development through training, constructive feedback, and integration of AI and automation tools that enhance workflow and output.
- Continuously evaluate processes to optimize post-production efficiency, collaboration, and creative innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 6-8 years of experience in creative production, post-production, or multimedia project management.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing production workflows across multiple content types.
- Experience partnering with marketing and project management teams to prioritize initiatives and manage capacity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and project management tools such as Asana.
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to balance artistic direction and business objectives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Knowledge of social and paid content best practices, video formats, and platform-specific requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
