About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the success of Liven’s Custom App Portfolio — a suite of beautifully branded, white-labelled consumer-facing apps built with Flutter. These apps are the digital shopfronts of some of the most iconic and fast-growing hospitality brands across Australia and Southeast Asia.
In this role, you’ll shape the roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver mobile experiences that are highly rated, deeply loved, and truly impactful.
What you'll do
- Own the custom app portfolio end-to-end — from product vision and strategy to delivery and ongoing improvement.
- Work closely with Flutter engineers to assess feasibility, debug problems, and make architecture-conscious decisions.
- Define and execute a compelling roadmap, aligning with Liven’s platform goals and evolving partner needs.
- Conduct user research, performance analysis, and competitor benchmarking to drive data-informed decisions.
- Prioritise features and tech debt based on business value, user experience, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure apps deliver top-tier UX and performance, maintaining 4.5+ ratings on app stores.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including venue partners, customer success teams, and other internal squads.
- Track key product KPIs, regularly report progress, and adjust course when needed.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or fast-paced product companies.
- Strong exposure to Flutter — either as a past developer or deep collaborator with Flutter teams.
- Proven track record managing high-quality consumer mobile apps, preferably in hospitality, food tech, or lifestyle.
- Experience with white-labelled or multi-brand mobile apps.
- Solid understanding of mobile UX/UI best practices, performance optimisation, and app store cycles.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, and GTM teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A background in engineering or computer science.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Firebase, Mixpanel, or other mobile analytics tools.
- Exposure to hospitality, F&B tech, or POS systems.
- Experience with app localization, modular architecture, or Flutter performance tuning.
- Comfortable creating basic wireframes or prototypes.
