About the role
Liven is building the next generation of Android-based POS and B2B platform solutions for hospitality. We’re on the hunt for a Senior Product Manager who can take ownership of our Android POS product suite and help us scale across regions. This is a mission-critical role — ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments, loves solving for complex business and user needs, and understands how to deliver on performance, reliability, and usability in B2B products.
What you'll do
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Liven’s Android POS systems and related B2B tools.
- Work closely with Android engineers to ensure feasibility, architectural alignment, and delivery velocity.
- Gather insights from venue partners, customer success, and data to prioritize features and improvements.
- Define and document detailed product requirements, flows, and use cases tailored to hospitality and enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with design, QA, and backend teams to ship robust, reliable features for high-stakes, always-on POS systems.
- Manage integration requirements with third-party hardware, payment systems, and POS modules.
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and customer interviews to evolve product strategy.
- Track performance, uptime, and usability KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of Android-based apps.
- Experience with POS systems, B2B platforms, or transactional products that require stability and speed.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple streams of work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, Android design patterns, and technical limitations.
- Familiarity with app publishing, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and present product plans to leadership.
Good to Have
- Experience working with hardware-dependent Android apps (e.g., receipt printers, cash drawers).
- Exposure to hospitality, F&B tech, or vendor-side POS integrations.
- Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Sentry, or Play Console analytics.
- Previous work with white-labelled B2B app solutions or marketplace integrations.
