Support & Implementation Engineer
The Support & Implementation Engineer is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role responsible for delivering smooth implementations, seamless integrations, and outstanding support across Living Security’s Human Risk Management suite.
As part of a fast-growing startup, you’ll work directly with enterprise customers to activate products, guide integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously evolve our internal systems. What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, internal teams, and partners — solving challenges across identity management, API integrations, and data ingestion.
- Support enterprise IT and security teams in implementing user provisioning, access management, and data ingestion pipelines.
- Own the setup and configuration of Living Security’s Phishing Attack Simulation product, ensuring seamless integration and readiness for launch.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to design and execute onboarding plans that accelerate customer time-to-value.
- Troubleshoot integration and ingestion issues, leveraging automation, scripting, and AI-assisted tools to diagnose, resolve, and document faster.
- Continuously refine internal playbooks, GPT-powered knowledge bases, and automation flows that enhance support quality and speed.
- Contribute to the growth of the Support organization by sharing learnings, building scalable processes, and helping shape the technical culture as Living Security scales.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a technical support, integration, or implementation role within a SaaS environment.
- Experience with identity and authentication frameworks: Okta, Azure AD, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, data ingestion, and transformation tools (Logstash, NiFi, Talend, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SQL and common data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
- Familiarity with email infrastructure (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), mail gateways, and phishing simulation setup.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical detail into clear, actionable guidance.
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools to automate tasks, identify insights, and elevate the customer experience.
- Curious, adaptable, and energized by solving problems in a dynamic startup environment.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Elastic Stack).
- Basic scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Exposure to risk management, cybersecurity, or compliance SaaS products.
