Why LocalVR
Since 2015, Local Vacation Rentals has taken a locally driven approach to luxury vacation rental management. With 500+ properties across Colorado, Park City, Lake Tahoe, and 30A, we pride ourselves on high-performance hospitality with a personal touch. As an industry leading property management company, we’re looking for driven, guest-focused professionals to grow with us.
Why Guest Experience at LocalVR
Our Guest Experience team plays a pivotal part in the guest journey. We support travelers from inquiry to check-out to post-stay feedback—while also maximizing conversions and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a dynamic transactional sales-focused environment, and has a knack for creating seamless guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly motivated Reservation Advisor who can convert vacation rental inquiries into bookings, manage a pipeline of active leads, and is focused on driving revenue for our clients and the company. Additionally, you’ll help deliver a curated pre-arrival experience for our Luxe portfolio and newly launched listings. You’ll communicate with a wide range of clientele across multiple channels (phone, SMS, email, and chat), and use your consultative sales skills to overcome objections, especially around pricing, value, and availability.
You’ll also help ensure booked guests are supported with optional concierge services—such as transportation, private chefs, and activity planning—and will contribute to post-stay success by encouraging 5-star reviews.

- Customer-Centric – Skilled in building rapport and creating solutions tailored to diverse guest preferences.
- Objection Handling – Confident overcoming guest hesitation, especially around price, policies, or product offerings.
- Detail-Oriented & Process-Focused – Comfortable navigating multiple systems while following operational SOPs.
