Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a skilled Home Maintenance Technician who can keep our properties in top condition — not just spot problems, but fix them. You'll be the person our team counts on to handle real maintenance issues across our Breckenridge portfolio: the one who shows up with tools, figures out what's wrong, and leaves the home better than you found it. If you're handy, resourceful, and take pride in a job well done, this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
Your days will be spent moving between properties, assessing condition after guest checkouts and before homeowner arrivals — but unlike a traditional inspector role, you won't just log issues and move on. You'll resolve them. That means handling plumbing fixes, replacing fixtures, patching drywall, troubleshooting appliances, addressing HVAC concerns, and tackling whatever a mountain home throws at you. You'll triage what you can handle on the spot, coordinate with the team on larger jobs, and ensure every property is truly guest-ready before the next arrival.
You'll also be a critical resource for in-stay guest issues — when something breaks mid-stay, you're who we call. A dedicated team handles homeowner communication, so you can stay focused on the work itself.
What You'll Bring

  • Hands-On Maintenance Ability: You're comfortable with plumbing, electrical basics, carpentry, appliance troubleshooting, and general home repair. You know the difference between a quick fix and a job that needs a licensed contractor — and you know how to do the former well.
  • Problem Solver: Mountain homes are unpredictable. You'll encounter situations you haven't seen before and need to improvise, research, and execute without waiting to be told what to do.
  • Attention to Detail: You notice what's off. A door that doesn't latch right, a water stain that wasn't there last week, a light fixture that's loose — nothing gets past you.
  • Communicator: You keep your team informed. We use industry-leading tools to manage workload and reporting, and clear communication from the field is essential.
  • Organized and Self-Directed: You manage your own day, route efficiently across properties, and keep accurate records of what was found and what was fixed.
  • Reliable: We count on you. Show up, follow through, and own your work.
