Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to define requirements, timelines, and project scopes.
  • Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including flows, validation rules, page layouts, and custom objects.
  • Maintain and create user roles, profiles, and permission sets with org structure in mind.
  • Help business leaders create and manage reports and dashboards.
  • Provide training and end-user support for Salesforce.
  • Manage data imports and exports using tools like Data Loader.
  • Adhere to and contribute to testing and review processes to ensure the quality of configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce features and releases.
  • Contribute to LocalVR’s development process through sprint retrospectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance.
  • Proven track record of problem solving and working independently.
  • Experience following a standardized deployment process where click configurations are tested in sandbox environments before deployment to production.
  • Experience with data management and ensuring data integrity.
  • Experience with creating and managing reports and dashboards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Availability for remote meetings and triage during business hours of 9:00AM - 5:00PM Mountain Standard Time.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD / year.
