About the Role

You'll be our first marketing hire - and you'll build the function from the ground up. This role is heavy on execution: launching campaigns, writing copy, creating content, managing events, and reporting on what's working. Strategy matters, but you'll learn it by shipping and iterating, not by building decks.


Your focus will be generating qualified inbound leads, running targeted account-based campaigns, and building LocateAI's brand in the retail commercial real estate community. We value a growth mindset over a perfect resume, so please don’t be afraid to apply even if you don’t check every box!

What We're Looking For

We care about what you've shipped. Strong candidates will point to accomplishments like:

  • "I built a campaign strategy that generated X MQLs and $X in pipeline in 90 days"
  • "I created an email nurture program that improved lead-to-opportunity conversion by X%"
  • "I ran ABM campaigns against 100 target accounts that influenced $Xm in pipeline"
  • "I developed a library of case studies and sales collateral that our team used to close [specific wins]"
  • "I grew our brand presence in [industry] through a content strategy that increased traffic from X to Y"


You Should Have:

  • 4–7 years in demand gen or growth marketing, ideally B2B, at a startup or in a "build it yourself" environment
  • Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and sales alignment
  • Hands-on experience building a marketing engine
  • Experience running both broad demand gen and targeted ABM campaigns
  • Comfort managing paid media budgets and optimizing based on performance data
  • Bias toward action - you ship, measure, and iterate quickly
  • An AI-first attitude with how you work - implementing tools that increase efficiency


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or retail
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms
  • Design skills for quick asset creation 
  • PR or media relations experience



The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 180,000 USD per year (Remote)
