Log10 is addressing the challenges around reliability and consistency of LLM-powered applications via a platform that provides AI-powered evaluations, fine-tuning and debugging tools. We are currently a team of 11 having previously worked in AI and infra roles at companies such as Intel, Nervana, MosaicML, Adobe, Docker, PostEra, Starburst and Second Measure.



We’re seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Founding Account Executive to join our growing team. You'll play a crucial role in driving our go-to-market strategy and expanding our customer base in the AI developer tooling space. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for AI technology and a knack for leveraging cutting-edge AI-powered tools to optimize the sales process.

Responsibilities

    • Leverage cutting-edge AI-powered tools to scout and identify new business opportunities, both within our existing customer base and in untapped markets, particularly in the AI developer and enterprise sectors.

    • Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage with potential leads, building interest and booking valuable meetings for the sales team.

    • Forge strong relationships with prospects and stakeholders, deeply understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive results.

    • Become an expert on our offerings, clearly communicating the value proposition to prospects and ensuring alignment with their business goals.

    • Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to refine messaging, align strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and industry developments, sharing valuable insights that shape our sales and product development strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or developer tools environment

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively use new software tools, especially AI-powered sales and productivity applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to prospecting and lead qualification

  • You are results-oriented with a proven history of surpassing goals and fueling business growth.

Nice to have


  • Experience with or understanding of large language models (LLMs) and AI development workflows

  • Familiarity with developer tools, APIs, or enterprise software sales

  • Background in computer science, data science, or a related technical field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
