About the role

We're hiring an In-House Service Technician to keep our equipment and warehouse running. You'll get snack machines, drink machines, cold food machines, and coffee brewers ready to go out to customers, and you'll help deliver and pick up machines at customer locations.

No experience? That's okay. If you're mechanically inclined and want to learn, we'll train you.

What You'll Do

Equipment Prep & Maintenance

· Prep, clean, and sanitize snack, drink, and cold food vending machines before they go out

· Set up, test, and clean coffee brewers and related equipment

· Inspect machines that come back from the field and report damage or missing parts

· Do basic troubleshooting and repairs, such as coin mechanisms, bill validators, spirals, motors, lights, and refrigeration units

· Install and test card readers, cashless payment devices, and telemetry

· Program machine prices and product layouts

· Refurbish older machines by replacing decals, panels, and worn parts, and by doing touch-up work

· Help set up micro market kiosks, coolers, and shelving

Delivery & Installation

· Deliver machines to customer sites and pick them up, driving company vehicles

· Load, secure, and unload equipment safely with dollies, pallet jacks, and lift gates

· Set up and level machines on site and make sure they work before you leave

· Be professional and friendly with customers during deliveries and pickups

Warehouse Upkeep

· Keep the warehouse, shop area, and equipment storage clean and organized

· Track machines, parts, and supplies, and let your supervisor know when stock is running low

· Receive incoming shipments and help with inventory counts

· Do basic checks on company vehicles and report maintenance needs

· Follow safety procedures and food-safety sanitation standards

Paperwork & Communication

· Fill out work orders, prep checklists, and delivery paperwork accurately

· Update machine status and serial numbers in our tracking system

· Work with drivers, route staff, and management to get equipment ready on schedule

What We're Looking For

· Mechanical skills and a hands-on attitude

· Eagerness to learn and take pride in your work

· A valid Class C driver's license and a clean driving record (required)

· Ability to pass a background check

· Ability to lift, push, and move heavy equipment with proper tools, and to stand, bend, and kneel for long periods

· Basic hand and power tool skills are a plus

· Experience with vending, appliances, HVAC/refrigeration, or warehouse work is a plus but not required

· Dependable, on time, and able to work on your own or with a team

Schedule

· Monday through Friday to start

· Possibility to change to Tuesday through Saturday after training period.
