We are looking for a Research Associate to be responsible for contacting an average of 60 individuals daily utilizing an exceptional level of courtesy, professionalism and respect, to verify their contact information.

Responsibilities: 

• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• Ability to learn new skills with an appropriate amount of training.
• Experience with conducting outreach
• Collect, analyze, and report data.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Ability to convert Microsoft Word documents to a PDF format
• Adaptability as well as the aptitude and desire to learn

 The base pay range for this role is $20.67 – $22.11 per hour.  Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
