We are looking for a Call Center Representative to provide customer service by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities: 

• Handling about 50 incoming calls per day or placing about 120 outbound calls per day
• A bilingual representative fluent in English and Spanish
• Active listening
• Verbal and written communication
• Professional phone voice and persona
• Basic computer proficiency
• Skilled typing
• Adaptability
• Understanding of phone etiquette
• Experience or aptitude for call center operations
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• At least one-year related experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  
  

Remote; report to Fort Washington, PA office once per quarter for training.

The base pay range for this role is $18.00 – $22.00/hour.  Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
