We are looking for a General Manager - Financial Services will define our market position within the financial institution industry to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance competitiveness, and further our overall mission to provide unique solutions that create value for our clients. This role reports to the President of our Death Audit & Locate business and plays a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of this key growth business segment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop our competitive go-to-market and customer growth strategy for our new financial services business segment.
- Conduct research and communicate learnings about the financial services landscape to stakeholders, including the board, executive team, functional leaders, and team members.
- Lead a cross-functional team consisting of sales, marketing, product & client services to meet revenue and profit goals for the financial services segment.
- Partner with customers and internal legal team members to negotiate deals & contracts with key customers; interact directly with customers as needed.
- Ensure comprehensive segment industry training of sales and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience working in the Finance & Banking market
- In-depth understanding of the Financial & Banking industries, including knowledge of banking and financial products, decision making processes at financial institutions, and regulatory regimes
- Demonstrated success working to negotiate and execute enterprise level contracts across multiple business lines.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead direct reports and collaborate across internal departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
Hybrid, 2 days/week in the Minneapolis, MN office

The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $175,000 + annual bonus. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
