All content that airs on Looma’s network is produced or edited by Relay™, their global network of independent filmmakers, editors, and other creators who specialize in point-of-decision content.

Position Description

As a Field Operations Support Technician, you’ll support technicians in the field and maintain Looma tablet displays within our retail partners' stores. This is a part-time role with fluctuating hours, perfect for someone seeking flexibility. We’re seeking candidates who are:

  • Self-motivated: Interested in gaining experience with an ad-tech startup 
  • Reliable: Responsive to outbound requests and diligent in adhering to deadlines
  • Organized: Both with data management and digital communications
  • Detailed: Particularly in matters of aesthetics, you’ll be responsible for keeping our displays looking their best!
  • Joyful: Able to connect with store managers and be courteous to store employees

Responsibilities

  • Remote tablet troubleshooting leveraging Looma’s custom device management software 
  • Assist in new pilot and rollout program launches
  • Respond to and prioritize urgent maintenance requests
  • Opportunity to monitor the existing network and provide remote support to other technicians 
  • Develop continuous improvement projects to help scale our support team

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be proficient in Google Suite or be willing to learn. We regularly use Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets
  • Applicants should bring a passion for customer service and support. Experience is a plus — genuine enthusiasm is a must.

Structure & Compensation

This is a part-time position with a $22/hour starting rate.
