About the Role

Hi, I’m James, Head of Growth at Loop. I am hiring a self-directed, builder-minded Sales Co-op who's excited by the prospect of building our pipeline and turning conversations into real opportunities. If you’re a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, this role is for you.


This role is an onsite position 5 days per week at our downtown Toronto office (Bay and Bloor)


Where You Come In

As a Sales co-op at Loop, you will be responsible for supporting and executing key outbound sales development initiatives: prospecting, outreach, pipeline building, and go-to-market efforts.


You'll work hands-on to build and test outreach sequences, qualify and engage prospects, analyze pipeline performance, and help refine how we identify and convert our target customers.


We're a small but mighty growth team, and you'll play a meaningful role in shaping Loop's outbound engine. You'll own real outreach, book real meetings, and level up your sales skills quickly alongside product, marketing, and operations.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive top-of-funnel prospecting - identify, research, and engage leads across Canada.
  • Run outbound campaigns through email, phone, LinkedIn, attending events and other strategies to build a pipeline.
  • Test messaging, cadences, and outreach tactics to improve conversion rates.
  • Support go-to-market campaign, including product and feature launches targeting new segments.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting across CRM and sales tooling.


What We’re Looking For

  • A creative, builder mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation and execution.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach.
  • Comfort working with modern sales tools, CRMs, sequencing platforms, and automation workflows.
  • A technical and systems-oriented approach to prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of outbound metrics and performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity about using them to work smarter and move faster.
  • A willingness to learn quickly, take ownership, and ship work at a fast pace.

It's a Bonus if You Have

  • Experience using tools like Clay, Apollo, or HubSpot to build outreach or prospecting workflows.
  • Experience working at a start-up.

What we offer

  • Salary range CAD $20/hour, commensurate with experience

Interview Process

  • 30 minutes video call to discuss the opportunity and the organization with Mandy, People and Business Operations Specialist
  • 60 minutes video call to discuss the role in details with James, Head of Growth and a member of the Sales team
  • Take home assignment to get to know your work style better
  • 60 minutes in person meeting with Sarah, Chief of Staff and Cato, CEO and Co-Founder
  • Background check and offer
