About The Role

Hi, I'm Cato, CEO and Co-Founder of Loop and I am hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role is an onsite position at our downtown Toronto office.

Where You Come In

As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the product and sales teams to create and implement strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and has a proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Campaign Management:

    • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search, social, email and affiliate marketing.

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale campaigns.

    • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, marketing automation and overall campaign performance.

    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance through Loop’s CRM tools.

    • Continuously test and iterate on creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROI.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

    • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) to understand user behavior and optimize the customer journey.

  • Budget Management:

    • Allocate and prioritize the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.

    • Forecast and report on monthly and quarterly budget spend and performance outcomes.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead and Product team to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

    • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Operations to build dashboards and automate reporting processes.

    • Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Strategy Development:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing

  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.

  • Exceptionally clear and precise communication skills

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.


It's a Bonus if You Have

  • Experience in Tech, even better in FinTech

  • Experience working with small teams, particularly at start-ups

What we offer

  • Salary range CAD$80,000-$100,000 annual, commensurate with experience 

  • Equity ranging 0.01-0.05%

  • 3 weeks vacation 

  • Enrollment in group's health benefits after probation period

  • The role is onsite in our downtown Toronto office 
     

Interview Process

  • 30 minutes video call to discuss the opportunity and the organization with Sarah, Chief of Staff

  • 60 minutes in person meeting with 2 team members of the team

  • Take home questionnaire and assignment

  • 30 minutes in person meeting with Cato, CEO and Co-Founder

  • Background check and offer
