About the Role

Hi, I'm Sebastian, Director of Revenue Operations, and and I am hiring a Growth Lead to spearhead our experimentation efforts and uncover new, scalable ways to grow Loop's customer base and revenue. We're looking for someone driven by curiosity and data to constantly test hypotheses and find innovative growth levers.


This role is an onsite position 5 days per week at our downtown Toronto office (Adelaide and Spadina).

Where You Come In

As our Growth Lead, you will be at the forefront of identifying, prioritizing, designing, and executing growth experiments across the customer acquisition funnel. You'll work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to discover and scale impactful growth initiatives. Your goal is to find repeatable and scalable strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue. The ideal candidate is analytical, relentlessly creative, and has a proven track record of successfully running growth experiments in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Growth Experimentation & Strategy:
    • Develop and manage a robust growth experimentation roadmap, moving hypotheses from ideation through testing, analysis, and scaling/failing fast.
    • Identify and explore new channels, tactics, and market opportunities to accelerate Loop’s growth beyond established methods.
    • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments across various touchpoints (e.g., website, onboarding, email, paid ads) to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
  • Channel Exploration & Optimization:
    • Investigate, test, and validate the potential of diverse acquisition channels – including organic (SEO, content), paid (search, social), partnerships, viral loops, community, and others.
    • Where channels prove effective, establish processes for optimization and scaling, using data-driven decisions. Manage campaigns on certain platforms if they are validated growth levers.
    • Develop and execute an SEO strategy focused on increasing long-term organic visibility and driving high-quality website traffic.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Define key metrics for growth experiments and track performance rigorously.
    • Analyze experiment results and user behavior data to generate actionable insights and inform future strategy.
    • Communicate findings, insights, and progress on growth initiatives clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product marketing to align messaging and test positioning across different channels and experiments.
    • Collaborate with the revenue operations team to ensure proper tracking, build dashboards, and automate reporting where possible.
    • Partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure growth efforts align with overall business goals and customer lifecycle.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay relentlessly up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth methodologies and experimentation.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a growth-focused role (e.g., Growth Hacker, Growth Manager, Growth Lead) within a B2B startup environment.
  • Proven track record of designing, executing, and analyzing growth experiments across various parts of the customer funnel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, generate hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with implementing and testing a range of potential growth channels and tactics.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to articulate complex ideas and experiment results clearly and concisely.
  • A highly curious, creative, and proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

It's a Bonus if You Have

  • Experience in Tech, especially FinTech.
  • Experience working effectively in small, agile teams.
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.

What we offer

  • Salary range CAD$80,000-$115,000 annual, commensurate with experience 
  • Equity ranging 0.01-0.05%
  • 3 weeks vacation

Interview Process

  • 30 minutes video call to discuss the opportunity and the organization with Sebastian, Director of Revenue Operation
  • 60 minutes in person meeting with 2 team members of the team
  • Take home questionnaire and assignment
  • 60 minutes in person meeting with Cato, CEO and Co-Founder, and Sarah, Chief of Staff
