Role and Responsibilities

As we scale our platform and introduce new tools to empower brand and identity protection, we are investing in world-class user experiences. Loti AI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and product-minded Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and scalable interfaces for our core products. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Loti’s next-generation tools, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our AI-powered products are as powerful and trustworthy as they are easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX for Loti’s core products, such as the identity protection dashboard and new 0-to-1 initiatives
  
  
• Design intuitive interaction patterns and visual systems for complex, high-volume data environments and investigative workflows
  
  
• Translate user needs and product requirements into elegant, accessible, and scalable design solutions
  
  
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to ensure clarity and cohesion across the user journey
  
  
• Deliver high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications, ensuring high-quality implementation
  
  
• Build and maintain Loti’s internal design system and component library to support rapid iteration and visual consistency
  
  
• Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems through strong information architecture and UX strategy
  
  
• Champion usability, accessibility, and user-centered thinking throughout the product development lifecycle
  
  
• Contribute to building a culture of design excellence, feedback, and continuous learning
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a track record of shipping complex web applications at scale
  
  
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows or data-rich tools, with a strong understanding of how to present layered insights, complex results, and trust signals
  
  
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to identify patterns and break down complex problems
  
  
• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs with sharp attention to detail
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
  
  
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools) for design, prototyping, and documentation
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate across disciplines
  
  
• Passion for protecting creators’ rights in the age of AI
  
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field preferred but not required
