Role and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Account Manager to help support and grow Loti’s expanding roster of high-profile clients, including celebrities, athletes, public figures, leading talent agencies, management companies, major record labels, and global brands.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in talent agencies, entertainment marketing, or media to step into a fast-moving, high-growth company where you’ll have real impact from day one.

In this role, you’ll work closely with talent representatives, management teams, and brand partners to deliver exceptional client service, streamline onboarding, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution. You’ll also play a key role in building, documenting, and scaling the operational processes that will support Loti’s next stage of growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Client Management: Act as a day-to-day contact for high-profile clients and their representatives, providing excellent service, regular updates, and rapid issue resolution.
  • Playbook Building: Support the development, documentation, and optimization of internal workflows, templates, and client onboarding processes.
  • Project Coordination: Manage incoming client requests, prioritize takedown actions, and ensure timely delivery of services across multiple accounts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business development, operations, product, and engineering teams to support client needs and improve our service delivery.
  • Industry Engagement: Leverage your working knowledge of the entertainment, sports, and media landscape to navigate client structures and help identify opportunities.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Monitor account health, manage internal trackers, and compile performance reports for internal and client review.
  • Relationship Building: Grow and maintain trusted relationships with client teams, agency partners, and management companies.


What We’re Looking For

  • Industry Experience: You have a working knowledge of the entertainment, sports, media, or advertising industries. Experience at a talent agency, management company, brand, or advertising network is a big plus.
  • High-Volume Readiness: You’ve thrived in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re skilled at juggling many accounts, tracking deliverables, and keeping projects moving. Strong working knowledge of customary tracking and CRM platforms.
  • Client-Savvy: You’re comfortable interfacing directly with talent reps, brand teams, and agencies, and you know how to manage expectations with professionalism and poise.
  • Collaborative: You enjoy working across teams and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Resourceful & Proactive: You can anticipate client needs, flag issues early, and drive things forward without waiting for instructions.


Preferred Background

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in account management, talent coordination, client services, or operational support, ideally within entertainment, sports, media, or advertising.
