Our products elevate safety and efficiency for customers all around the world. Lucid Bots was recently recognized as the fourth fastest-growing manufacturing company in the United States.

We are venture-backed, with multi-round investments from Y Combinator (S19 batch), Cubit Capital, Idea Fund Partners, Danu Ventures, and others. Learn more about our vision.

Our Core Values and How We Work Together

Meeting the demands of our fast-growing venture-backed startup requires commitment from every team member—a commitment to each other, to the customers, and to the broader community. Our core values guide us in how we fulfill that commitment every day.

  • Lead with Compassion
    • Leadership is not confined to titles or positions; it happens at every level, every day. Leading with compassion means treating everyone—colleagues, customers, and the community—with genuine care and respect. It's about understanding and empathizing with others, fostering an environment where people feel valued and heard. We recognize that each interaction is an opportunity to demonstrate kindness, build trust, and uplift others. By prioritizing compassion in our actions, we create a supportive and inclusive culture that drives meaningful and positive impact.
  • Grow with Purpose
    • Growth is intentional, not accidental. Our growth is not about expanding at all costs but about being deliberate in our actions and decisions. Just like in nature, though, our rate of learning and adaptation must outpace the rate of change around us to survive. By setting ambitious goals, embracing discomfort, and continuously learning, we ensure that our growth is sustainable and aligned with our vision.
  • Win as One Team
    • We can’t win alone, we can only win together. Our environment of trust, collaboration, and growth allows us to share ownership of our vision and outcomes.
  • Be Positive Agents of Change
    • We believe the world happens for us and by us, rather than to us. This perspective encourages us to take ownership of our actions and their outcomes, recognizing our ability to influence and shape our circumstances. We understand that discomfort and change is a catalyst for growth.
  • Pursue Extraordinary Impact
    • The greatest joy in life is to work hard at work that’s worth doing. Startups either change the world or die. To change the world, we must solve problems and build products in a better and faster way than everything that came before. I.e., we are doing something others have never done, which is hard and takes extraordinary effort. As a result, everyone who joins us has the chance to grow, learn, and uplift those around them in an extraordinary way.
