About the role

As Lucid Bots’ Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue, and enhancing our brand’s market presence. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional teams, you’ll spearhead demand generation, optimize digital marketing channels, develop targeted marketing programs and leverage data to make impactful decisions and increase conversion rates.


What you'll do

  • Market Understanding:  Using market research tools and working closely with Sales and Product, gain an understanding of current customer behavior while also identifying new industry opportunities, gaining an understanding of segments and their pain points and journeys developing personas and ICPs for future outreach.
  • Growth Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing and go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue and pipeline objectives.
  • Demand Generation: Lead end-to-end demand generation activities, including inbound and outbound campaigns, email marketing, customer partnerships and programs, and paid media, focused on increasing lead quality and conversion rates for the pipeline.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize ROI, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead acquisition and revenue.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hot Jar and other tools (including AI) to monitor website and landing page activity, email marketing, campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and refine marketing strategies for continuous growth.
  • Customer Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and execute marketing programs that increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through programmatic marketing, upselling and referral opportunities.
  • Growth Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to uncover new marketing opportunities and channels, optimize conversion rates, and drive continuous learning and improvement. Use of tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize preferred in addition to Facebook A/B testing.
  • SEO & SEM Management: Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search visibility, delivering quality traffic and qualified leads. Experience using Ahrefs / SEMrush and Clearscope.
  • Brand Positioning & Awareness: Strengthen Lucid Bots’ brand as a trusted leader in the AI and robotics industry, ensuring consistent brand messaging and recognition across all channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with Content, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals, ensuring unified efforts in driving growth while tracking delivery and performance. Use of Monday and Notion a plus.
  • Product & User Feedback Monitoring: Work with Customer Success and using feedback tools, ensure all marketing reviews and customer communication platforms are monitored. Use of Typeform or SurveyMonkey: For gathering customer feedback and running surveys preferred.
  • Budget Management: Assist with growth marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation to achieve maximum impact.
  • HubSpot Marketing & Automation: Lead HubSpot marketing activities, including campaign creation, lead nurturing, and automation workflows, ensuring a seamless marketing funnel and accurate reporting.
  • Weekly Performance Reporting: Establish a robust reporting framework to capture key growth metrics, enabling rapid response to trends and real-time analysis for decision-making. Use of Hubspot reporting, Data Studio, Air Table and Power BI a plus.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus, but not required.
  • B2B Marketing Experience: Proven track record in B2B growth marketing with a focus on demand generation, paid media, and marketing automation. Knowledge of  technical products, robotics or AI preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with API integrations and data flow between systems is a strong advantage.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions, track KPIs, and make improvements across campaigns.
  • Revenue Operations Insight: Experience working within revenue operations to align marketing and sales initiatives and drive measurable revenue growth.
  • SEO & SEM Knowledge: Deep understanding of SEO and SEM best practices to enhance visibility and attract qualified leads.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Expertise in designing and implementing A/B tests, growth experiments, and using results to optimize and scale successful tactics.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to work across functions to support shared company objectives and align marketing with sales and product development.
  • Budget & Project Management: Experience managing marketing budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and impact.

Success metrics: 

  • Pipeline Growth: Increase lead generation and conversion rates, contributing directly to base revenue and recurring revenue growth.
  • Cost Efficiency: Improve CAC and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) through optimized digital campaigns and marketing automation.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline marketing workflows in HubSpot to improve campaign efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Brand Awareness: Strengthen Lucid Bots’ brand presence and credibility in the market, building brand authority across channels.
