About the role


We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Analyst/Associate to support our financial planning, forecasting, business metrics tracking and decision-making processes. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, including finance, sales and engineering, providing key insights to drive growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence within the financial services and fintech industry.


What you'll do

  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze company performance, unit economics, and key business drivers.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, identify opportunities for growth, and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor key financial and operational metrics (KPIs), identifying trends and potential risks.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and investors.
  • Support scenario planning, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Assist in capital allocation decisions, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
  • 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related financial role, preferably in a fintech or technology-driven company.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
  • Experience with financial planning software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passion for fintech and a deep understanding of financial services and technology trends.
