Position Summary:

Luxcur Medstaff Agency is seeking dependable and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support patient care through supplemental staffing assignments across a variety of clinical settings, including long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient clinics. Work schedules may vary based on client needs and facility requirements. This role is ideal for LPNs who are adaptable, patient-focused, and committed to delivering safe, high-quality care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed providers.

Location:

 Multiple Client Sites – Maryland (Assignments vary by availability)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
• Measuring and recording vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
• Administering and monitoring medications within the LPN scope of practice
• Assisting physicians and nurses with examinations, tests, and procedures
• Observing patients and communicating changes in condition to supervising nurses or providers
• Performing additional duties required by the client facility that are consistent with licensure, training, competency, and scope of practice

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program.

Licensure: Current, unrestricted Maryland LPN License or multi-state compact license (if applicable).

Certifications: Active CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience preferred.

Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different clinical environments and documentation systems.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift or reposition patients, and perform duties in fast-paced healthcare environments.

Flexibility: Scheduling options include day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts based on availability and client needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Luxcur Medstaff Agency offers a competitive compensation package designed to support our clinical professionals.

Competitive Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, assignment type, and location.
