We have an outstanding opportunity for a Luxury Travel Advisor who excels in consultative outbound phone sales, is eager to build a powerful book of loyal clients, and is committed to becoming a true expert in the luxury travel industry.

As a Luxury Travel Advisor, your mission is simple: convert warm, curated leads through relationship-based outbound calls — and guide discerning clients to unforgettable travel experiences.

  • Has a proven track record of closing deals over the phone (B2C outbound sales required).
  • Speaks fluent, native-level, English - understands the art of building instant trust with U.S.-based clients because they feel comfortable & understood by you.
  • Has sold high-priced products before, enjoys working in the luxury space, and feels confident navigating large transactions without hesitation.

What you need to succeed:

  • Outbound B2C phone sales background. No exceptions.
  • A true passion for luxury travel — and for the art of consultative selling.
  • Self-motivation and initiative - we can’t make the calls for you, drive yourself to close the deal
  • You don’t wait for bookings — you actively nurture leads, develop expertise, and build client relationships.
  • Curiosity and drive to learn - You seek to understand new destinations, new products, and stay ahead in the evolving luxury travel landscape.
  • Solution-oriented mindset - ability to assist with last minute booking changes, in-country travel roadblocks, limited hotel availability, etc.
  • You research first, ask thoughtful questions second - we call this the figure-it-out factor. 
  • Relationship instincts - You know how to connect authentically over the phone and turn a first call into a long-term client.
  • Organization, time management, attention to detail - You know that success in luxury sales depends on consistent, high-quality follow-up.
