Reports To: Business Operations Manager
Location: Onsite - Fort Worth, TX
Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000 + Bonus Eligible

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day office administrative activities, act as the liaison between management and office staff, and support legal, finance, HR, and sales teams with various recurring tasks and ad hoc projects. This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
· Manages the day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure proper functioning of the office
· Assist with on-boarding/off-boarding of staff members
· Maintain office supplies inventory
· Order snacks, beverages, occasional lunches for the office
· Ensure meeting rooms are ready when company hosts outside customers, guests or interviewees
· Coordinate with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance, Legal) on day-to-day needs
· Liaison between the property management office and the employees, responsible for contacting property management office for any facility issues
· Handle mail and ship packages for the company
· Manage the guest/visitor process to ensure all non-employees are signing in and out of the office and have appropriate visitor badge.
· Assist with corporate events
· Assist other departments with various ad-hoc projects and tasks (Finance, HR, Sales)
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree preferred with a continued interest in enhancing existing skills and obtaining new ones
· Prior administrative experience, preferred
· Have exceptional attention to detail and commitment to faultless execution on tasks
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Salesforce or Netsuite experience a bonus.
