Bar Staff (bartending and barbacking) - $5.35/hour plus tips (part-time role)

Must have availability Thursday through Sunday.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION…

As Bar Staff in our popular Oakley Taproom, you are integral to delivering exceptional guest service that provides a warm and welcoming experience to our loyal consumers. Whether it's providing expert recommendations from our array of beverages, keeping tables clean and sanitized, or keeping the fridges stocked, you will be contributing to the overall ambiance of the taproom. You will also be an avid MadTree Brewing Company ambassador who lives out our behaviors of…Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck.

We’re ideally looking for someone with 1+ years experience in a high-volume taproom, bar, or restaurant, and some of your responsibilities will include…

• Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all guests; facilitating all guest requests and needs, and to resolve or escalate appropriately any guest concerns or issues.
• Have a broad knowledge & understanding of all MadTree craft beers, Sway, mixed cocktails, and other products offered within the Taproom and be able to answer guest questions or provide recommendations.
• Clearing and cleaning all tables and bars throughout the taproom and beer garden, ensuring all glasswares are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned before being restocked and that all other waste is deposited into the appropriate receptacles -- compost, recycling, and trash.
