Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician provides support and task completion at the direction of the Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Document assigned service requests in a timely manner.
• Keep the property free of debris and trash.
• Perform other functions related to the position as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Education / Credentials

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Training in construction, HVAC, electrical preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license and insurability.

Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year working experience in maintenance.

Knowledge / Skills

• General maintenance skills required.
• Ability to understand written directions.

Working Conditions

• Non direct care position
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Travel up to 25% locally
