About The Role

We’re looking for a Producer with a +1—someone with a strong foundation in content production and a second specialty that brings extra flavor to the table. Maybe you’ve dabbled in live experiences, or you’ve got digital chops to flex, or maybe you’ve even used your drive and curiosity to build something interesting that you can’t wait to share with us. Whatever your +1 is, bring it, because we value versatility, curiosity, and the drive to master your craft—and then some.

This is a 1 year contract position.

Quality Control & Process Leadership

• Be the gold standard of quality - ensure every detail meets excellence.
• Identify roadblocks, improve processes, and streamline workflows to help the team thrive.
• Champion quality while encouraging experimentation—the “Makers Way” is our foundation, and you’ll help evolve it.
• Scale up. Lead efforts to ensure our team operates efficiently as projects grow in complexity and ambition.

Strategic Production Leadership 

• Scope, strategize, and execute projects from start to finish, tailoring every approach to align with client goals and budgets.
• Vet and select the best partners and suppliers to bring each project to life.
• Build rock-solid bid sheets, SOWs, and production models while tracking budgets and actualizing costs.
• Set milestones, manage calendars, and align clients, partners, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Tackle challenges with confidence—navigate scope changes and drive solutions forward.

Team & Client Management

• Foster trust with clients through clear communication and a solutions-driven approach.
• Cultivate a positive, collaborative environment that keeps teams aligned and motivated.
• Bridge the gap between vendors and clients, balancing strategy with exceptional execution.

Own It & Grow

• Lead projects with autonomy, owning every step from kickoff to delivery while maintaining Makers’ high standards.
• Stretch your creativity and execution to the limit, showcasing your leadership and vision in every project.

Be a Makers Ambassador

• Champion a culture of collaboration and growth, contributing to the success and positive vibe of Makers.
• Represent Makers proudly—internally, externally, and everywhere in between.

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in content production, paired with a second specialty in live experiences, digital, or another complementary medium.
• • Ideally 3+ years, but if you think you’ve got what it takes, we want to talk to you.
• A curious mind, a solutions-driven attitude, and an unshakable commitment to creativity and quality.
• A love for collaboration, mentorship, and building relationships with clients and partners.
• A proven track record of leading projects with excellence, from scoping to final delivery.
• A proactivity that keeps you detail oriented, organized and on schedule - your friends and family always let you do the planning.
• The belief that producing is an art, a science, and the most rewarding job in the world.
