About The Team
The Finance team at Makers is dedicated to maintaining financial stability and supporting our company’s growth by providing strategic financial guidance and day to day support. This team manages day to day financial support, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure our resources are effectively allocated in alignment with Makers' long-term goals. They also play a key role in optimizing financial processes and upholding compliance, helping to drive both operational efficiency and sound decision-making across all departments. Through a commitment to transparency and precision, the Finance team supports Makers' mission to grow sustainably and responsibly.
About The Role
The Accounting Associate is an integral part of the Makers Finance team, supporting not just Finance but the wider company, specifically the production department with project budgeting and wrapping. The role will work closely with other departments in the company to ensure accuracy of financial data and setting up/maintaining internal company policies and processes. The role will also be responsible for supporting the month end and year end close process as well as providing ad hoc financial analysis to the VP Finance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow in their career and be part of a high functioning dynamic team.
