The Makers Principles

We are Makers. Together we can make anything.

We exist to empower a new generation of Producers with the skills, community & technology to make anything. By raising the bar of what a Producer can do, we will bring this incredible discipline to everything that humans make.

We hold ourselves to a set of principles that separates us from all other Producers.

1.We Make It Together. Every system, tool, method, and approach should be built on collaboration within our team and with our partners.

2. Start With Empathy. Great producing requires a deep understanding of people, their problems, and their needs.

3. Creativity Through Diversity. We all come with different knowledge and experience, and great things happen when it’s combined.

4. Doer Culture. We are action-oriented and active participants in the projects we make.

5.Lead By Supporting. The best leadership comes from a place of service to others. We’re leaders because we support our teams.

6.Encourage Active Participation. We believe that collaboration makes each project stronger, and that everyone has a voice and should use it.

7.A Force For Good. We seek out ideas that are good for our clients, our teams, and our community, while being conscious of our impact on the environment in everything we do.

8.Trust Is Sacred. When we say we’re going to do something, we do it. When we need support, we ask for it. When we see that support is needed, we provide it.

9.Make Cool Shit. When creative vision collides with creative problem solving, there's no limit to what we can do.
