ThreatDown is looking for...

A strategic and execution-focused Global Channel Programs Manager to serve as the centralized engine behind our channel marketing efforts. This role drives scalable partner programs, lifecycle communications, and operational excellence to support regional field marketing teams and accelerate partner growth globally.

As a channel-first cybersecurity SaaS organization, our success depends on enabling and activating MSPs, VARs, Resellers, and distribution partners across regions. This role will architect and operationalize repeatable, high-impact programs that empower regional teams to focus on partner relationships and local execution—while ensuring consistency, scale, and measurable impact across the global channel ecosystem.

This is a highly cross-functional role that blends lifecycle marketing, campaign development, marketing operations, and channel enablement. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience building scalable B2B SaaS partner programs in complex, multi-region environments.

Target Compensation: $120-130K Annually

What You Will Do:

  • Own the global partner email lifecycle strategy, including monthly newsletters, product launch communications, promotional campaigns, and new nurture programs (onboarding, post-event follow-up, renewal support, and partner lead follow-up).
  • Build scalable infrastructure, processes, and reporting to measure partner engagement, campaign performance, and program effectiveness globally.
  • Segment and personalize partner communications by partner type, tier, and region to increase engagement and activation.
  • Develop and scale Campaign-in-a-Box programs to enable partners with ready-to-deploy assets, including email templates, outbound cadences, social copy, call scripts, and battlecards.
  • Support sales partner cadence execution by drafting inbound and outbound messaging and implementing workflows within sales engagement platforms.
  • Own the partner portal marketing experience, including content governance, asset updates, engagement tracking, and campaign-in-a-box uploads to ensure a streamlined and current partner experience.
  • Provide operational and programmatic support to regional field marketing teams, ensuring they can focus on partner relationships, regional execution, and event excellence.

Skills You'll Need to Have:

  • 5–9+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or channel-first organizations.
  • Strong experience in partner marketing, lifecycle marketing, or channel program development.
  • Proven ability to build scalable programs that support regional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Experience developing campaign-in-a-box assets and partner enablement materials.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong operational mindset with demonstrated ability to create structure, process, and repeatability.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with Channel Sales, Field Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate messaging into scalable partner-ready assets.
