About the role

  • We are seeking an Ecommerce Logistics Supervisor to coordinate the logistics functions of our fast-paced and rapidly growing online retail division. This role serves as a key liaison between Ecommerce, Production, vendors, and third-party fulfillment. You will oversee the end-to-end inbound process from purchase order through warehouse ingestion, ensuring inventory flows through our supply chain swiftly, accurately, and efficiently. This role requires operational precision, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.

What you'll do


Inbound Logistics & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end inbound shipment process from vendor purchase order creation through to warehouse receipt confirmation.
  • Track and reconcile all incoming shipments across domestic and international vendors, ensuring accurate quantities, DIMS, and documentation.
  • Liaise directly with 3PLs to ensure timely warehouse receiving (WROs) and accurate inventory system updates.
  • Monitor shipment tracking, delays, and discrepancies, escalating issues as needed to leadership or vendors.
  • Collaborate with Manhead Production Department to communicate with vendors and ensure compliance with inbound requirements.

Backorder & Inventory Reporting

  • Formulate and maintain the Backorder Report, tracking all out-of-stock SKUs, estimated arrival dates, vendor communication, and impact to customer orders.
  • Collaborate with the Ecom Supervisors and Brand Managers to update store status and customer service messaging based on backorder insights.
  • Identify patterns in backorders to improve forecasting and vendor communication processes.
  • Oversee and fulfill urgent or last-minute artist comp requests, ensuring priority handling and same-day communication with the warehouse team.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation and tracking of all artist comp shipments for internal auditing and reconciliation.

Data, Systems & Process Optimization

  • Maintain and update inbound tracking dashboards to reflect real-time shipment statuses, WRO aging, and inventory transfers through Monday boards and workflows.
  • Support the integration and synchronization of vendor shipments between our Ecommerce platform, 3PLs, and internal tracking documents.
  • Create Excel-based tools and reports that provide visibility into inbound performance metrics.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Ecommerce, Accounting, and Customer Service and Production teams to ensure alignment on product availability, inbound timelines, and billing accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Ecommerce Managers and Production to prioritize urgent product arrivals or relaunches based on campaign needs.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in ecommerce operations, supply chain, or vendor coordination.
  • Strong understanding of inbound shipping logistics and inventory receiving workflows.
  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Monday, and Excel.
  • Experience with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers of storage and fulfillment services
  • Familiarity with backorder management and inbound inventory reporting.
  • Diligent attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment.
