About the role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of Manhead’s brand and growth marketing function. This role is core to our broader revenue strategy and is responsible for driving marketing strategy, demand generation, customer segmentation, marketing innovation, and brand positioning across digital and physical channels.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading high-impact marketing programs, building alignment across sales and executing strategies that capture and convert audiences.
What you'll do
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans to support revenue goals.
- Lead initiatives in demand generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
- Craft and implement brand strategies, positioning and storytelling that resonates with both B2B and D2C audiences.
- Build and maintain a 90-day marketing roadmap, aligned with eComm, A&R, and executive priorities.
- Establish KPI-driven performance reporting and continuous optimization across channels (email, social, paid, content, web).
Innovation & Growth
- Identify and test new methods of audience engagement, data capture, and marketing automation.
- Collaborate with eComm and sales teams to build scalable and effective customer journeys.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in merchandising, digital media, and fan engagement.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Partner with A&R and eComm to develop sales tools (e.g., case studies, pitch decks, marketing assets).
- Develop customer segmentation strategies and align service levels accordingly.
- Lead cross-functional projects with Artist Marketing, ensuring brand alignment and shared learning.
Team Development & Tools
- Manage the creation of a centralized resource hub for brand assets, templates, and campaign materials.
- Implement tools and processes to support internal efficiency and campaign execution.
- Contribute to hiring and developing future team members as the department grows.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in entertainment, eCommerce, or brand-oriented industries.
- Proven success in demand generation, growth marketing, and sales collaboration.
- Strong experience in using marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and brand building.
- Bonus: Experience in the music/entertainment industry or with merchandised brands.
