About the role

  • We are seeking a qualified Creative Account Manager to serve as the creative liaison to ensure cohesive execution of designs for merchandise lines for our clients. The Creative Account Manager should have strong design skills in all types of art, and an ability to deliver for a country artist and a hip-hop artist simultaneously. Whether its graphic, illustrative, photographic, vintage-inspired, contemporary, streetwear, and typography based, they should ver versed in all styles.

What you'll do

  • Support in the design process through research, inspiration, and creative briefs
  • Design and update company capabilities decks
  • Design, update, and merchandise retail presentations
  • Conceptualize and update brand guides and style guides
  • Create mood boards when needed to support sub-requests.(EX: Lainey Wilson>Wrangler designs)
  • Generate templates for new products
  • Oversee design neck labels, woven tags, hang tags, and packaging
  • Work with the product development team to ensure best practices for product design
  • Support Creative Director in creative problem solving and ideation to execute on branding and design for diverse client roster
  • Stay up to date on fashion and graphic trends
  • Manage work between the in-house design team and our network of freelancers
  • Develop briefs with the Creative Director based on initial review.
    • Ability to translate creative briefs into powerful art and mockups.
    • Ensure all briefs are assigned to graphic designers complimenting their strengths
    • Assign graphic designers with tasks, as needed
  • Oversee design of original graphics for Retail, Tour, eCommerce, and VIP for artists of all genres
  • Develop products using original art, client supplied designs, and freelancer submissions on apparel with key trends, brand research, and fan demographics in mind
  • Design logos and branding motifs for artists, bands, and for broader company activations
  • Curate customized presentations for clients
  • Mock up accessories and apparel designs with unique dye treatments, fabrication knowledge, and print techniques

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in project management
  • 3+ years of experience in design and creative
  • Broad knowledge of merchandise mock ups
  • Must have a strong pulse on music-fashion trends and a deep understanding of fan demographics across rock, country, hip-hop and Pop music genres.
