John and Michelle, co-founders of Manly Bands, started their company after a terrible experience trying to get John's wedding band. Not only could the jewelers not size John's big hands, but the choices they had were plain and boring. John wanted a ring he could get excited about. So they decided to shake up the wedding band industry. They quit their jobs, moved across the country, got married, and started Manly Bands all in 30 days!

John dove into the website and marketing while Michelle gave each ring it's unique personality and took excellent care of their customers. Michelle's mom and dad were helping them ship out the orders and write thank you cards while John's mom was making wood wedding boxes. Since 2016, they've moved to Utah and grown to now have an incredible team always pushing the limits of what can fit in a ring and how it can be captured on film.

About the role

At Manly Bands, we’re redefining what it means to wear a wedding ring. With bold designs, powerful storytelling, and premium licensing partnerships (including DC Comics, The Lord of the Rings, and more), we create rings and accessories that speak to identity, passion, and legacy. We’re looking for a data-driven and creatively minded Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale to the next level.

We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with deep ecommerce experience to own the development and execution of growth strategies across all paid and performance marketing channels. This person will work closely with our licensing partners, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver full-funnel growth, optimize ROAS, and drive profitable revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Strategy Development: Build and own full-funnel growth marketing strategies for key launches, evergreen products, and licensed partnerships.

  • Agency Oversight: Manage growth marketing agencies across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate. Provide clear briefs, KPIs, and weekly performance feedback.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with creative, product, and merchandising teams to align growth efforts with brand initiatives and launch calendars.

  • Campaign Execution: Partner with agencies and internal teams to launch campaigns, A/B tests, and product pushes across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze channel and campaign performance, create dashboards, and present insights and optimization recommendations to leadership.

  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing spend in line with CAC, MER, and profitability targets.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in ecommerce or DTC growth marketing, ideally in consumer products or fashion/lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience managing performance marketing agencies and delivering ROI-driven results.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok), performance metrics, attribution models, and media mix modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Experience collaborating with licensing or brand partners is a major plus.
  • Highly analytical, organized, and results-oriented. You move fast, learn quickly, and love scaling high-performing campaigns.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with influencer marketing, lifecycle/email marketing, or CRO tools
