About the role

E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in getting Manly Man Co.’s legendary gifts into customers’ hands quickly and accurately. You’ll join our fulfillment team in the warehouse, where you’ll assemble and kit products, pick products, pack orders, and prepare shipments for delivery all over the country.

This is a temporary seasonal position expected to run through February 12, supporting our busiest seasons — Christmas and Valentine’s Day. During this time, we’ll use your performance and fit with the team to evaluate potential opportunities for full-time, year-round roles as they become available. Overtime opportunities may be offered during peak fulfillment periods for high performing staff.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What you'll do

• Pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
• Assemble and kit products into finished gift sets (e.g., combining multiple items into bundles, boxes, or themed kits according to instructions).
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are protected and presented according to Manly Man Co. standards.
• Print and apply shipping labels, assemble boxes, and stage packages for carrier pickup.
• Help keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized (shelving, packing stations, aisles, staging areas).
• Assist with restocking shelves, counting inventory, and basic cycle counts as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly order volume targets, especially during peak holidays (Christmas and Valentine’s Day).
• Follow all safety procedures and report any issues or hazards to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your feet for most of the shift.
• Ability to lift and move boxes (up to ~40 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and pay attention to detail (right items, right quantities, right labels).
• Positive, team-oriented attitude — willing to help wherever needed to get orders out on time.
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or retail stockroom experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English for safety, labels, and coordination.
• Basic comfort with handheld scanners or computers (training provided).
